Tyler Stewart epitomizes the idea of playing full out, and I’ve spent the last 7 years helping her build her brand from $10 million to $80 million in sales volume by capturing her spirited energy.
Deliverables (main video, social video, and photos)
If broken down into separate elements it would include the property shoot, lifestyle shots, neighborhood shots, agent interview / walkthrough, aerial video, custom royalty free music licenses (4 tracks - two with vocals and two without), and dynamic editing techniques synced with the music.
The Killer Videos
There isn’t much I can say about these videos other than they’re RAD! Tyler had an amazing idea for the end of the video with her running into the Pacific Ocean, so we started with that idea and made a story on the fly that worked with that type of buoyant energy. We started with the Great Highway as it was recently opened to the public, and is an incredible value-add to the property and the videos we created. From there it was just about having fun and showcasing Ocean Beach as a playground for those adults that still know how to enjoy life and the outdoors as much as kids do.
The Stunning Photos
Tyler wanted a very clean Architectural Digest style, and wanted the property to be shot without lights, so I employed the use of long-exposure photography and Photoshop techniques to collage different exposures and create a very balanced series of natural looking shots that fit with the aesthetic of the property.
